1 in GT Tour at Le mans in April.
1 in Nascar Sprint Cup in Sonoma in June.
1 in Nascar Canadian Tires Serie in August.

I still suspect a connection to the sale of Phoenix racing. Perhaps the new owners just want the Cup team and not the Nationwide team. I have no evidence I'm just reading between the lines and that announcement is slated for around the same time. Wishful thinking I guess.

I read an article where Metro Stores in Quebec are partnering with Target. Wonder if JV has a chance to catch on with Ganassi?

It is actually Brunet Pharmacies, which is a subsidiary of the Metro group, who will present in Target stores. Now whether that gives JV a chance, your guess is just as good as mine.

I wouldn't see anything there but JV being sick and tired of paying for something he gets no ROI for, so he would have simply pulled the plug on it.

Why would he pull the plug on a site that costs him a few bucks a year? It wouldn't make any sense for someone like Jacques not to have a website as long as he's still racing....

We must note that the website is not often up to date. In all honesty when you te website we can conclude that there is little new to glean.

Luckily we have this site and julie to keep us informed of what is happening in the world of JV.

Hey Sam,

If I remember correctly, JV-World.com was included in a package deal with Mr. Gorne for a representing agreement. Given the high ROI (not!), as I mentioned, that is no surprise to me... but I could be wrong, of course, that's just my two cents' worth.

It looks like Gorne shut down Goman Sport last year and opened Mango Sports Management.

In any event, Jacques images are all over the Mango site. Not sure if this means that Gorne is still representing JV or not.

The website is registered by the website developer, but I think it would be strange to just shut it down when a customer ends a management deal. The html files seem to be online, they're just empty. Some pictures can still be found. There are some strange russian files on that server.

Make a google search with "site:www.jv-world.com" and go to the 3rd site of the results...

Thanks guys for the alert.
I've just inform JV of the problem on his website.

Jacques is still in management with Gorne.
Gorne is in charge of the website but without Goman Motorsport for now.
It's a situation very difficult.

I hope we will have back jv-world as soon as possible.
